Request a Written Case Evaluation
We conduct a written case evaluation for an inmate’s federal case and see if we can find anything that might help them gain a sentence reduction or relief in their case.
Whenever possible, the independent Case Evaluation shall be completed and a written report sent via email and/or mail no later than five (5) business days after ALERT 2020 confirmed receipt of payment.
The fee for a Written Case Evaluation is taken on an individual case-by-case basis and is based on the age, complexity, and access to documents that need to be retrieved for the evaluation.
